Latest Comparison Photos

I updated my photos today after missing last week and was really impressed with how much thinner I am looking. Then Steve made some comparison photos which as usual really highlighted the difference, however this week more so for some reason than before. I was amazed by the difference in the shape of my body. Comparing my neck/shoulders was insane. The distance my stomach sticks out... :O. Obviously the face comparison is still amazing every week! But I was so impressed with them this week I thought I would post them on here for record keeping:

An absolutely amazing, biggest loss yet: 11.5 lbs (5.22 kg)!!! Wow!

Slimmer of the week for a change. :) Lets be honest 11.5 lbs (5.22 kg), no one was challenging that Slimmer of the week :P


Achievement award   For losing 11.5 lbs (5.22 kg) in a week (I don't have a image for this, as I believe it's something the consultant awards, and is not something on the SW website.)

Well I predicted this wek would be a big 1 after 2 week with very small losses.....but 11.5 lbs! That was more than I was hoping for and I am totally STOKED about it! To say I'm on top of the world is an understatement! I think I've left the atmosphere and currently in orbit of the earth!

Goals achieved this week:
1. I am a lbs weight that starts with a 2! 292.5 lbs! It's been a very long time since I was under 300 lbs (136.08 kg)! Possibly pre moving to the UK (12 years), though I can't remember what I weighed when I moved here. I think I was too afraid of scales back then! :P
But this was a goal Steve set me to achieve before September, and it feels great to not only achieve it, but over shoot it by 7.5 lbs a full week in advance! :) WOOHOO!!
2. Total loss in KGs has past 50 kg (7st 12.23 lbs / 110.23 lbs). 50 kg! :o
2. Biggest loss in a week. Even if I counted the week the scales were broke and recorded an extra 3 lbs...I supposedly lost 11 lbs that week, but this week 11.5 lbs (5.22 kg)! YEAH!

Goals for this week:
1. Honestly, to at least maintain would be enough after this week, but a loss would be better.
2. It's my Damon and I's birthday Saturday, which means Karens making cake, sweets, out for a meal. To make it through this week with a Flexi-Syns day, and be able to say I was 100% on my Food optimising would be amazing! Please! However, if I can navigate my way through Saturday without having cake or sweets, that would be an achievement of its own!
3. My exercise regime is a lifestyle now and it seems crazy to put it up as a goal, because I find it hard NOT to do at least 1 hour of cycling and walking a day, but none the less, it remains a constant goal each week to maintain my level of exercise.

Still buzzing after that amazing loss, and the goals I achieved this week. Need to come down to earth soon so that I don't mess it up and gain next week! But for now, LOVING LIFE, LOVING my new body, LOVING the successes I'm experiencing! Thank you Slimming World, Thank you Steve, Thank you Karen for all your support shopping and cooking (Love you!), and thank you to Lesley and all the other people that have inspired me along the way! 90 kgs here I come! :D

Not much to say about this week other than I'm dissapointed about it. The week was going really well and I was shapping up for at least a 6 lbs (2.72 kg) loss. Then suddenly this morning, it starts going up. Lunch time up some more The afternoon up a little more. Then down again for weigh-in. Total weight fluctuation today of about 10 lbs (5 kg)! WHAT!?!? I was thinking it might have been the scales being flakey, but they match the fat club scales! Very weird! Anyway, I'm fairly hopeful next week will be a big 1. It better be or I'm going to have to seriously shake things up!

Only 1 Goal this week:

1. LOSE 5 lbs to reach 299 lbs and my 7.5 stone award!

I'm a little dissapointed with the weightloss this week. I did go to a wedding on Saturday where the food was really good, but I was good the rest of the week, and in the past a "Flexi-Syns" day like that has not had a big impact as long as the rest of the week has been super good....which mine was. The only other factor this week, was that Sunday night my legs swelled up like they always were before Slimming World. To the point that they were actually in pain. I have used my compression socks almost all the time since then and the swelling has for the most part come down. I'm guessing that was not doing me any favours on the scales tonight.

Goals for this week:
1. 100% Food Optimisation. No weddings to cause trouble, and the kids sweets, crisps and stuff seems to have either become less visible or are getting eaten before I can see it ;)
2. Keep up my awesome exercise regime.
3. Stick to Steve and I's "Say No" August Promise: No Bread, No Crisps, No Sweets, No Choclate, No Ice-Cream, No Cake! Not even for Syns!
4. Eat as many Super Speeds as Possible.
5. Still failing to eat my Healthy Extra A Serve (Dairy) every day! Must sort this out!

I set a mini target of 4 lbs this week. I don't like to seet them in group, but I felt it would be good to challenge myself the way I did when i started. I really want this to be a good weight loss week.

I lost a good 5.5 lbs (2.49 kg)! Very Happy! :D

I'm absolutely extatic about my loss this week. Sure I have had bigger, Sure I could have lost more this week. But this week is the week where I lost enough to achieve some amazing goals that 6 months ago seemed unlikely, impossible or at least a life time away!


Goals Achieved this week:
1. HALF WAY!!! I have literally lost 50% of the weight I need to lose to get to 14 stone / 200 lbs / 89 kg!
2. I've now lost 25% of my starting body weight!
3. Reached my 2nd interim target of 22 stone / 308 lbs / 139 kg
4. This is my 26th week! Thats 6 months! I have stuck to this and consistantly lost weight for 6 MONTHS!?!

Goals for this week:
1. 100% Food Optimisation.
2. Keep up my awesome exercise regime:
Monday: Cycle 14 km & Walk 5 km
Tuesday: Cycle 25 km or more
Wednesday: Cycle 14 km & Walk 5 km
Thursday: Cycle 25 km or more
Friday: Cycle 14 km & Walk 5 km
Saturday: Cycle 40 km (30 to 50% off road)
Sunday: Rest

A 7 lbs (2.72 kg) loss would be nice to get me to a weight that starts with the number 2!? :O WOW! So close! Any loss to add to my "Lose 1 stone in 6 weeks challenge" with my awesome buddy Lesley, who lost an awesome 5 lbs this week! She has been an inspiration to me from the first day I went to Slimming World and I heard how much she had lost. How enthusiastic she was about it, and she won Slimmer of the week that week if I'm not mistaken! Thank you Lesley for all the help and motivation you have given me! You are doing so well in your 6 week challenge! I know you will make it!
