An absolutely amazing, biggest loss yet: 11.5 lbs (5.22 kg)!!! Wow!

Slimmer of the week for a change. :) Lets be honest 11.5 lbs (5.22 kg), no one was challenging that Slimmer of the week :P
Achievement award For losing 11.5 lbs (5.22 kg) in a week (I don't have a image for this, as I believe it's something the consultant awards, and is not something on the SW website.)
That brings the total to 8 stone 0.5 lbs (112.5 lbs / 51.03 kg).
Started at 28 stone 13 pounds (405 lbs / 183.71 kg)
Currently 20 stone 12.5 pounds (292.5 lbs / 132.68 kg)
1st Short Term Target 26 stone (364 lbs / 165.11 kg) (Achieved this 18/04/2011)
2nd Short Term Target 22 stone (308 lbs / 139.71 kg) (Achieved this 04/08/2011)
3rd Short Term Target 18 stone (252 lbs / 114.31 kg) (hope to reach this by 04/12/2011) This is also my Running weight target as suggested by the Podiatrist.
Long Term Target 14 stone (196 lbs / 88.9 kg) (hope to reach this by 01/02/2013)

Well I predicted this wek would be a big 1 after 2 week with very small losses.....but 11.5 lbs! That was more than I was hoping for and I am totally STOKED about it! To say I'm on top of the world is an understatement! I think I've left the atmosphere and currently in orbit of the earth!
Goals achieved this week:
1. I am a lbs weight that starts with a 2! 292.5 lbs! It's been a very long time since I was under 300 lbs (136.08 kg)! Possibly pre moving to the UK (12 years), though I can't remember what I weighed when I moved here. I think I was too afraid of scales back then! :P
But this was a goal Steve set me to achieve before September, and it feels great to not only achieve it, but over shoot it by 7.5 lbs a full week in advance! :) WOOHOO!!
2. Total loss in KGs has past 50 kg (7st 12.23 lbs / 110.23 lbs). 50 kg! :o
2. Biggest loss in a week. Even if I counted the week the scales were broke and recorded an extra 3 lbs...I supposedly lost 11 lbs that week, but this week 11.5 lbs (5.22 kg)! YEAH!
Goals for this week:
1. Honestly, to at least maintain would be enough after this week, but a loss would be better.
2. It's my Damon and I's birthday Saturday, which means Karens making cake, sweets, out for a meal. To make it through this week with a Flexi-Syns day, and be able to say I was 100% on my Food optimising would be amazing! Please! However, if I can navigate my way through Saturday without having cake or sweets, that would be an achievement of its own!
3. My exercise regime is a lifestyle now and it seems crazy to put it up as a goal, because I find it hard NOT to do at least 1 hour of cycling and walking a day, but none the less, it remains a constant goal each week to maintain my level of exercise.
Still buzzing after that amazing loss, and the goals I achieved this week. Need to come down to earth soon so that I don't mess it up and gain next week! But for now, LOVING LIFE, LOVING my new body, LOVING the successes I'm experiencing! Thank you Slimming World, Thank you Steve, Thank you Karen for all your support shopping and cooking (Love you!), and thank you to Lesley and all the other people that have inspired me along the way! 90 kgs here I come! :D
