Weigh-In Week 27

I lost 1.5 lbs (0.68kg).

No awards this week. :(

That brings the total to 7 stone 2.5 lbs (100.5 lbs / 45.59 kg).
Started at 28 stone 13 pounds (405 lbs / 183.71 kg)
Currently 21 stone 10.5 pounds (304.5 lbs / 138.12 kg)
1st Short Term Target 26 stone (364 lbs / 165.11 kg) (Achieved this 18/04/2011)
2nd Short Term Target 22 stone (308 lbs / 139.71 kg) (Achieved this 04/08/2011)
3rd Short Term Target 18 stone (252 lbs / 114.31 kg) (hope to reach this by 04/12/2011) This is also my Running weight target as suggested by the Podiatrist.
Long Term Target 14 stone (196 lbs / 88.9 kg) (hope to reach this by 01/02/2013)

I'm a little dissapointed with the weightloss this week. I did go to a wedding on Saturday where the food was really good, but I was good the rest of the week, and in the past a "Flexi-Syns" day like that has not had a big impact as long as the rest of the week has been super good....which mine was. The only other factor this week, was that Sunday night my legs swelled up like they always were before Slimming World. To the point that they were actually in pain. I have used my compression socks almost all the time since then and the swelling has for the most part come down. I'm guessing that was not doing me any favours on the scales tonight.

Goals for this week:
1. 100% Food Optimisation. No weddings to cause trouble, and the kids sweets, crisps and stuff seems to have either become less visible or are getting eaten before I can see it ;)
2. Keep up my awesome exercise regime.
3. Stick to Steve and I's "Say No" August Promise: No Bread, No Crisps, No Sweets, No Choclate, No Ice-Cream, No Cake! Not even for Syns!
4. Eat as many Super Speeds as Possible.
5. Still failing to eat my Healthy Extra A Serve (Dairy) every day! Must sort this out!

I set a mini target of 4 lbs this week. I don't like to seet them in group, but I felt it would be good to challenge myself the way I did when i started. I really want this to be a good weight loss week.
