5 Stone! Woohoo! Had my eye on this target for some time now. Thats 70 lbs / 31.75 kg for my American and South African friends.
That brings the total to 5 stone 0.5 lbs (70.5 lbs / 31.98 kg).

Been feeling great this week. Feeling skinnier. Belly has got very soft. Water Retention is doing well! Was kind of hoping for a bit more lost this week, but still happy with 4 lbs / 1.81 kg! Very close to 2 little goals:
1. 150 kg! it is sooo close I feel like I can touch it!
2. 20% Body Mass lost
Happy Slimming goals this week:
1. 100% Optimised eating this week!
2. Super-Speed as much as I can!
3. Still reduced, but regular and reasonable portions of carbs.
4. Need to get some Cycling done this week!
Very happy at the moment! Been wondering this week, when I hit target if I will feel withdrawls from my new Slimming Addiction?! :P
