Weigh-In Week 19

**Edit 20/06/11: Last weeks scales were out by 3 lbs. meaning the 11.5 lbs / 5.22 kg loss was actually a 8.5 lbs / 3.86 kg loss. I have adjusted all my charts and records, but don't want to re-write this post.**

UNBELIEVABLY, according to our scales, I lost 11.5 lbs / 5.22 kg. However, there were a lot of unexpectedly high losses in group tonight, so we suspect faulty scales. I better not gain next week or I will be VERY upset!

Awards this week:

5.5 Stone award! (77 lbs / 34.53 kg)! It's nice to get half stone awards on consecutive weeks.


Slimmer of the Week again.Thats 13 / 19 weeks I have won it.


That brings the total to 5 stone 12 lbs (82 lbs / 37.2 kg).
Started at 28 stone 13 pounds (405 lbs / 183.71 kg)
Currently 23 stone 1 pound (323 lbs / 146.51 kg)
1st Short Term Target 26 stone (364 lbs / 165.11 kg) (Achieved this 18/04/2011)
2nd Short Term Target 22 stone (308 lbs / 139.71 kg) (Should reach this by 18/08/2011)
Long Term Target 14 stone (196 lbs / 88.9 kg) (hope to reach this by 01/02/2014)
The losses have gone as follows:
Week 1: 4.5 lbs (2.27 kg)
Week 2: 3 lbs (1.14 kg)
Week 3: 6 lbs (2.72 kg)
Week 4: 4 lbs (1.81 kg)
Week 5: 5.5 lbs (2.5 kg)
Week 6: 2 lbs (0.9 kg)
Week 7: 2 lbs (0.91 kg)
Week 8: 6 lbs (2.72 kg)
Week 9: Maintain
Week 10: 5.5 lbs (2.5 kg)
Week 11: 7 lbs (3.2 kg)
Week 12: 3 lbs (1.36 kg)
Week 13: 3 lbs (1.36 kg)
Week 14: 5.5 lbs (2.49 kg)
Week 15: Maintain
Week 16: 8 lbs (3.63 kg)
Week 17: 1.5 lbs (0.68 kg)
Week 18: 4 lbs (1.81 kg)
Week 19: 11.5 lbs (5.22 kg)

With this weeks unbelievable loss, I have acheived both the litle goals I set last week! I have now:
1. dropped below the 150 kg mark! This is some kind of record low for probably 5 or 8 years. I'm not sure. But it must be at least 5 years!
2. lost 20% of my starting weight! I started at 405 lbs / 183.71 kg, and lost more than 20% of that: 81 lbs / 36.74 kg! That means Im 1/5 lighter than i was at the end of January! But more importantly, that means I'm now 40% DONE! Almost half way to target!
I know the loss may be tainted and maybe I havent quite reached those goals in reality, but I'm playing the hand Iive been dealt. Either the scales are the same next week and my losses show correctly from here on out, OR They get recalibrated back to where they should be. Either way, I'm going HARDCORE THIS WEEK, aiming for 8 - 10 lbs to ensure I register as losing at least the 2 lbs I need to lose for my next Stone award, and at least register a loss!
I have realised I have subconciously set a goal to NEVER GAIN. Now that may be absurd, and sure I may eventually hit a gain along the way, but until it happens I am goign to try my hardest to avoid it! BOOOO to the phrase "It's ok to get a gain as long as you bounce back" I'm not goign to gain END OF STORY!

Goals for this week:
1. 100% Optimised eating this week!
2. Super-Speed as much as I can!
3. Still reduced, but regular and reasonable portions of carbs.
4. Need to get some Cycling done this week!
5. AVOID A GAIN!

I can't explain how happy I am at the moment. I have literally just sat down to inish this after dancing int he kitchen in front of Karen! I reached 2 big goals that I have had my eye on for a long time. The more I lose and the more goals I achieve, the easier this gets, the more focused I get and the HAPPIER I am getting! By 90 kg I'm goign to be bouncing off the walls! I FEEL AMAZING!!
