Weigh-In Week 21

A good 4.5 lbs loss this week.

That brings the total to 5 stone 13.5 lbs (83.5 lbs / 37.88 kg).
Started at 28 stone 13 pounds (405 lbs / 183.71 kg)
Currently 22 stone 13.5 pounds (321.5 lbs / 145.83 kg)
1st Short Term Target 26 stone (364 lbs / 165.11 kg) (Achieved this 18/04/2011)
2nd Short Term Target 22 stone (308 lbs / 139.71 kg) (Should reach this by 18/08/2011)
Long Term Target 14 stone (196 lbs / 88.9 kg) (hope to reach this by 01/02/2013)

Another tough week with hardly any walking. The 4.5 lbs loss was more than I had hoped for with the little exercise I did. Though it is a true testiment to how effective Slimming World can be even without the exercise!

Goals for this week (Stay the same):
1. 100% Optimised eating this week!
2. Super-Speed as much as I can!
3. Still reduced, but regular and reasonable portions of carbs.
4. STILL Need to get some Cycling done this week!

Probably not looking at much exercise this week, though I will be trying some cycling tomorrow morning. Depending on how that goes, I may do some of that every morning. 0.5 lbs off my 6 stone award. Hope to at least get that next week. :)
