It's been a tough week! My tendonitis forced me to take 2 days off from walking. The diet was bang on track, no problem days. But no matter how good I was being, the scales didn't wan tto show me any love all week long. 1 day I dropped to 145.5 kg, but by the afternoon I jumped back up to 147 kg. In fact the whole week seemed turned around with my normal heavier days ont he weekend being my lightest days and my normal light days Wednesday and Thursday being my heaviest days. Luckily this morning (Tuesday) my weight has dropped back down to 145.9 kg. Really hoping this will be a good weightloss week again to get my confidence back up after yet another (my third to date) maintain.

Goals for this week (same as every other week Pinky):
1. 100% Optimised eating this week!
2. Super-Speed as much as I can!
3. Still reduced, but regular and reasonable portions of carbs.
4. STILL Need to get some Cycling done this week!

It's been a weird rollercoaster week emotionally where I have reached some goals I've had my eye on for some time, faulty scales, tenodinitis, finished my first official 5 km Fun Run and weight that wouldn't shift. But I still feel great, still feel focused and motivated!
